Each month of classes features a four week lesson format divided as follows:

1-2: lessons derived from the basic elements of art that include technique and experimentation

3-4: media exploration featuring experimentation and culminating in a final project based on the theme of the month.

All materials provided, though students are welcome to bring their own sketchbooks/materials/etc.

 

Media used varies month by month but includes: Charcoal, Colored Pencil, Alcohol Markers, Watercolor, Ink, Paint.

 

We teach children to develop and grow their own personal style while expanding their horizons with different techniques

 

Our organic class structure enables students to improve and grow as artists while developing personal style and new techniques under the guidance of the instructor.

Class starts on the first  week on the month.  If class falls on a holiday we will meet on a different day to make up.

LEARN TO SEW LIKE A PRO!

 

In this beginner's class you will learn how to use and care for your sewing machine, how to sew and you will make different projects from the samples below.

4 week class $100 - Learn to use the machine and make two projects: Tote bag, apron, pillowcase or stocking!

Meets 4 Thursdays at 5-6:30pm

 

ADULTS:

4 week class $140 - Learn to use the machine and make two projects: Tote bag, apron, pillowcase or stocking!

Meets 4 Thursdays at 7-9pm

Please bring your own sewing machine, scissors, thread and machine supplies.

We have loan machines but recommend to bring your own.
