Each class will feature a short lecture on a new drawing technique each week, building upon previous weeks of instruction, and a project based curriculum in the second part of class.  Students will work at their own pace on personal projects of their own design and receive personalized instruction in how to improve their work as they go.

Materials for graphite drawing and inking pens will be provided to use in the class, once a student has completed projects studies they will receive an illustration board to work on.  Our organic class structure enables students to improve and grow as artists while developing personal style and new techniques under the guidance of the instructor.

Class starts on the first  week on the month.  If class falls on a holiday we will meet on a different day to make up.

A program that focuses on growing the intellectual, emotional, physical and social growth of children in a safe and fun environment!

Three and Four Year Old Programs

Our programs focus on school readiness and social behavior. Our daily activities encourage learning, listening, following instructions, caring and sharing, being kind to others, colors, numbers and many other topics that are appropriate for those age groups.

We are all about hands-on experiences and to promotes teamwork and social behaviors.

Our curriculum is extensive and includes art, colors, shapes, numbers, letters, sounds, music, dancing, writing, crafting, group play and more!

In this beginner's class you will learn how to use and care for your sewing machine, how to sew and you will make different projects from the samples below.

An After School Enrichment Program like you have never seen before!

Our after-school program includes a variety of skills that will be entertaining and useful in your child’s life.

 

Our main goal is to teach children the basic skills needed to be self-sufficient. We also emphasize social behavior, good self-esteem and personal growth.

 

The schedule will include Drawing and Spanish as ongoing throughout the school year as well as a full curriculum of various shorter classes and workshops.

 

The instruction will be given in groups of 6, 12 or 24 participants at one time depending on the complexity of the activity.

DRAWING - sketching, charcoal, manga, cartooning.

PAINTING - Acrylic, watercolor, color mixing, strokes

COOKING - Nutrition, baking, entrees, salads, desserts, soups, and pet treats.

AGRICULTURE - Planting, Composting, natural insecticide, rising chickens for eggs and food.

SEWING - machine and hand sewing.

CRAFTS - recycled and awesome crafts.

SPANISH - Conversational.

BOOK CLUB - discussion.

MOVIES - movie and popcorn

SPECIAL INTEREST - Calligraphy, photography, dance, vision boards…. etc.

LIFE SKILLS - organizing, planning, time management, finances, budgeting, responsibility, safety, consequences, making friends, cleaning…etc.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - respect, recycling, having pets... etc. 

SELF CARE - nutrition, hygiene, exercise, yoga, relaxation.
